Welcome to JamTiles (jamtiles.ai), operated by Sundragon Tech. By using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
JamTiles is a music discovery platform that indexes and presents AI-generated music tracks created on Suno AI (suno.ai). We do not create, own, host, or store any music tracks or cover art. All audio and images are streamed directly from Suno's content delivery network. JamTiles is a free service with no account or registration required to browse and listen.
JamTiles is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with Suno AI. We do not claim ownership of any music, lyrics, artwork, or other content indexed on this site. We are a discovery layer, similar to how a search engine indexes publicly available content.
All music tracks, cover art, and associated metadata displayed on JamTiles are the property of their respective creators and/or Suno AI, subject to Suno's own terms and licensing. JamTiles claims no rights over this content. We access track information through Suno's publicly available API.
The JamTiles name, logo, site design, and any original code or text we produce are owned by Sundragon Tech. You may not copy or reproduce our original materials without permission.
If you are a content creator and believe your work is being displayed in a way that violates your rights, please contact us at sundragon.tech and we will address your concern promptly.
You may use JamTiles to discover and stream music for personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree not to:
JamTiles uses content from: Suno AI (audio/images streamed from their CDN), Google AdSense (advertisements), Cloudflare Pages (hosting). We may add Amazon Associates and Sweetwater affiliate links. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party services.
JamTiles is provided as-is, free of charge. We make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or the accuracy of track metadata. Track availability depends on Suno's CDN. We may modify, pause, or shut down the service at any time without notice.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JAMTILES AND SUNDRAGON TECH MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNDRAGON TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF JAMTILES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE U.S. DOLLAR ($1.00).
We may add features in the future, including email newsletters, user accounts, and paid subscription tiers. These additions will be accompanied by updated terms.
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

This Privacy Policy explains what information JamTiles (jamtiles.ai) collects, how it is used, and what choices you have.
JamTiles is operated by Sundragon Tech. We run a free music discovery website. We do not host music or images; audio and artwork stream directly from Suno's CDN to your browser.
JamTiles is a static website. We do not currently operate a backend database or collect personal information directly.
Cloudflare Analytics: Our site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare collects anonymized traffic data including page views, visitor counts, geographic region, browser type, and device type. This data does not identify you personally. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Google AdSense: We display advertisements through Google AdSense. Google may set cookies in your browser to serve relevant ads based on your browsing history and interests. Google's collection and use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized advertising at adssettings.google.com.
Suno CDN Requests: When you play a track or view cover art, your browser makes a direct request to Suno's CDN. Your IP address and request metadata are visible to Suno's servers. This is outside our control.
We do not currently: collect your name, email, or contact information; require account creation; set our own cookies or tracking pixels; sell any personal data; or use session recording tools.
We do not set first-party cookies. Google AdSense sets third-party cookies for advertising purposes. You can manage these through your browser settings or via Google's opt-out tools.
Email Newsletter: We may add an email signup via Beehiiv. If you subscribe, we will collect your email address for newsletter delivery only. You may unsubscribe at any time.
User Accounts: We may add optional user accounts via Google OAuth or magic links. Account data would be stored in Supabase. This policy will be updated before accounts go live.
Payments: If we add paid features, payments will be processed by Stripe. We will not store payment card information.
Affiliate Links: Amazon, Sweetwater, and similar sites may set cookies to track referrals. We receive only aggregate referral data, not personal information.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data under GDPR, CCPA, or other laws. Because we do not directly collect personal data at this time, most rights must be exercised with our third-party providers (Google, Cloudflare). For future account data, you may submit requests via sundragon.tech.
JamTiles is not directed at children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
